Olympic Associations Discuss Prospective Olympic Bid

In the run-up to the conference of the Olympic associations on 1 December and the General Assembly of the German Olympic Sports Federation on 2 December in Frankfurt am Main, 24 Olympic association representatives met in Wiesbaden last Thursday to discuss key issues relating to a prospective DOSB bid for the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The results of the workshop, which took place on the premises of the German Shooting Federation and was also attended by DOSB President Thomas Weikert, were summarized in the “Wiesbaden Declaration”.
